 ✨ Commission Process ✨

1. Share your project idea and scope by filling out and submitting the commission request form (found on the Artist’s individual store page).

 2. The Artist will get back to you in 2-3 business days, with a quote and a proposed deadline. 

- If the Artist does not believe they can complete the commission by the desired delivery date, they will typically propose an alternate date, or offer a scaled down option of your project. You may opt-in to be placed on a waiting list if your time restrictions are minimal and the queue is full.

 3. Together you and the Artist agree upon a goal, and the Artist begins work on concept sketches that build towards a small formal sample piece. This process can take up to 3 days. At the beginning of this stage, a $20 non-refundable development fee is due and payable by you for concept building. By the end of this stage, we will have finalized the project design, cost and deadline, all to be included in the commission agreement.

- Should you desire the sample piece, or design sketches, they will be packaged and sent along with your final piece.

 4. You and the Artist sign the Commission Agreement and work on your final piece begins. At this time, 1/2 of the agreed-upon total cost is due and payable by you.
